The morning was beautiful on our first day in the Milford Sound area so we decided to hike up to Key Summit, a high plateau with great views of the surrounding mountains. By the time we got up to the summit, the skies had turned cloudy and foreboding. Even though we had hiked for over an hour to get up there, we were still rather chilled without the sun to warm us. The brisk air, however, did not take away the amazing views from Key Summit.
